I agree...this is a great

I agree...this is a great park. The only downside is that there is no pool/pond. We all know how hot it gets here, and a pool would be a great way for dogs to socialize without overheating. We also go to Gene Green, mostly because of the big pond, but it's a farther drive for us. If Duessen had water facilities, we would probably just keep going there.
We've been here several times, and the dogs have always had fun, and there have always been nice people and nice dogs there to mingle with.
No problems whatsoever. BUT PLEASE....add some kind of pond or pool. There is certainly enough room for one.

Great park!

Visited this park for the 1st time and thought it was very nice!! Both big and small dog areas had lots of benches and shade, a gravel path and plenty of grass, good drinking fountain... even a doggie bathing area to clean up after play time. My only complaint would be that it is hard to find!! Would love to see some signs at the park entry for direction and a picnic area nearby! Overall, great park. Kids would love the nearby play areas!
